A Redeemed Rejoicing

"Until i was brought to Redeemer's Recovery Ranch, I lived with the mistaken belief that if I just tried harder, read my bible more, or went to church more often, I'd be healed from my addiction, my destructive thoughts, and my downward spiral. Finally, in desperation, I surrendered, and in giving up I finally began to live! My father God allowed me to come to a place of utter brokeness. Through God's work and Redeemer's Program, God opened my eyes and my heart to His amazing and transforming love. I am living proof of Romans 12:2, where God says if I renew my mind, He will transform me. Three months ago my mind was full of confusion, chaos, fear, negativity, and hopelessness. The norm for mind today is hope, strength, positive thoughts, humility and joy. I no longer believe my God is ashamed of me. I believe He loves me with an everlasting, never-changing love." Julie
